We program our projects. This means that we think in terms of program objectives and seek out projects and initiatives. We limit the number of programs. Moreover, they have a coherence. Characteristically, they are all intended to change systems.
How can we ensure that we promote the health of population groups? What interventions does this require, how do we organize this and also: how do we finance these ambitions? That is what this program is about.
The largest and strongest growing health and economic burden comes from diseases that are primarily linked to an unhealthy lifestyle. Although this can best be combated through prevention, the earning models and validated interventions are still scarce. Lifestyle can also play an important role in a curative sense; as treatment or in support of treatment. This program addresses these issues.
