Headache and migraine app M-sense secures funding

Be a step ahead of your headache disorder: with the migraine app M-sense people affected can actively track symptoms and triggers and prevent migraine and headache attacks. Adding to their existing investors, the Berlin Startup Newsenselab’s mission and product has gained the trust of Noaber Ventures and IBB holding.

Berlin startup Newsenselab is creating a world without headache, and opts for a digital solution: the smartphone app M-sense. More than 240.000 people suffering from migraine and headache are using M-sense already, to track their attacks, symptoms and trigger and use scientifically sound and helpful interventions. This November, the startup’s concept has convinced Noaber Ventures and VC Fonds Technology Berlin to join existing investors HTGF and Think.Health in funding the company.

About the Newsenselab GmbH

After the founders participated in the EXIST Program and developed a prototype of their app in November 2015, they founded Newsenselab GmbH in January 2016. Today, the startup employs 20 people. Apart from the EXIST funding, Newsenselab has been awarded the Eugen-Münch Preis in 2016, the BACB Unternehmerpreis in 2017, and the Vision.A Award in 2018.
