Structure

The Noaber organizations work closely together. They are collectively supported by a service organization.

The Noaber Foundation is an organization governed by Dutch law with a public welfare goal (article 24, paragraph 4 of the Registration & Succession law). The results that we hope to achieve through our donations can be summed up under the concept of 'social returns'.

The investment activities of Noaber Ventures that result in both social and financial returns (social venturing) are dealt with by George Avenue. Höchst Investments focuses on financial return. This fund subsumes the participation of a number of Dutch and American companies.

The policy preparation and work is performed by a team of experts working for Rosmersholm Professional Services BV.

All the above-mentioned organizations have their offices in Rosmersholm, the name of the office in Lunteren, the Netherlands.
