Noaber Foundation and Noaber Ventures are both lead by the Board that is actively supported by an Advisory Board and the Director. Members of this board include experts in the areas of policy and strategy. All decisions concerning donations and investments are made in consultation with the advisors. In addition, the Advisory Board also advises the Board about strategic policy and the development of criteria for making decisions. A director assists the Board and the Advisory Board in their activities. The Director is also managing thethe support organization Rosmersholm Professional Services.
