Title 
Connecting rural areas to the internet via satellites

Background 
For areas that have no communications infrastructure, LinkNet improves the future of rural areas in Zambia by providing tele-communications with internet. Sea containers normally used for shipping goods are filled with technology and placed a rural area; wireless technologies connect them to the internet.

Objectives
Complete the ‘proof-of-reproduction-phase’, training of local people and create and the development of a support and maintance infrastructure.
